Today’s May 23, the day I usually run into the dude who wrote that great bitcoin blog a couple years ago. I first met him at Disneyland with Keaton. May 23 is his birthday, and there was a Mexican family singing him the Mexican Birthday Song while we were waiting for the fireworks to start. (That was the first time I heard the song. Now it’s become a tradition for Alicia to sing it to Keaton on his birthday. All the verses lol.)

So then I ran into this dude last year at Starbucks. It was a pretty weird coincidence that I should run into him on his birthday two years running. Of course I didn’t run into him this year since I’m staying in as much as possible and he didn’t strike me as the kind of dude who’d take stupid risks with his health, either. But, funnily enough, I was thinking about the dude when I was brushing my teeth this morning, so I checked out his blog to see if he’s written anything else that was interesting.

Turns out there’s a funny post about the word ‘nice’ that he just made. It’s worth checking out. He also wrote something about Mental Health Awareness Month, and, strange though it may sound, he says exactly some of the same things that I say in the post I just made on the topic (like the point about the brain being a physiological organ.) I reckon great minds do think alike after all lol.

Anyway…Happy Birthday to the ‘bitcoin blog dude’ (I reckon he’s the ‘nice guy blog dude’ too lol), wherever he is.
